Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We pride ourselves on processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible — usually within 2 business days, though please allow up to 5 business days for fulfillment during peak seasons, holidays, or sales events.

All orders ship via USPS or UPS, and tracking information will be provided once your package has been dispatched.

Occasionally, high demand or low inventory may cause a short delay in fulfilling certain items. If this occurs, we’ll notify you right away and provide an updated shipping timeline.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as Eau So Bougie Scents is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
